Ethiopia Guji Highland Natural
From the Guji coffee-growing region of Ethiopia, the beans are small (reminiscent of a peaberry) and pack in a wallop of flavor! They develop into a distinct earthy base with strong notes of grape, wine, molasses and chocolate enveloped in a medium juicy body and a clean finish. With the natural process, the delicious sweetness perfectly complements a subtle brightness. Delicious as an espresso, pour-over, drop and French Press.
We like to roast this coffee light to concentrate the fruit notes and spotlight its sweet acidity.
