Guatemala Huehuetenango Washed

from $24.00

From the Huehuetenango region in the Pacific side of Guatemala, this coffee grows at an altitude of 5,200 ft in the hot, dry air blowing from the west, producing a sweet flavor profile with chocolate overtones and caramel, plum and floral overtones. The washed process compliments its mild acidity and medium body for a delicious coffee that can hold up to the intensity of an espresso or the smoothness of a pour-over, french press or drip.

Guatemalans, and especially this coffee, can hold up at any roast levl, but we think the coffee really shines at a Medium and Medium/Dark profile.
